Spiral Seashell Ceramic Earrings, Green Pink Purple Handmade Jewelry

The SPIRALING AWAY handmade earrings were created with artisan ceramic spiral seashell drops, magenta pink roller beads and Swarovski crystals - unique jewelry for women.

Spirals are some of the oldest geometric shapes found in ancient artwork the world over, dating back to at least the Neolithic period, thousands of years before writing. Spirals are also found in nature, such as on seashells as the unique SPIRALING AWAY earrings represent. The one of a kind beauties were created with artisan ceramic seashell dangles with a spiral on each, premium magenta pink and silver Czech glass roller beads, Swarovski crystals and sterling silver.

Teardrop Earrings in My Shadow Dog Designs Jewelry Shop

It seems lately that I have become enamored with teardrop shaped earrings.  Three new pairs of earrings have been listed recently in my SHADOW DOG DESIGNS handmade jewelry shop.  Teardrops are always so sleek looking, in my humble opinion.  In fact, I made a pair for me and wear them quite often.  Since teardrops have been in my repertoire lately, I thought I'd feature the three newest teardrop earrings and then three that have been in the shop for a little while.  Enjoy!

Zebra Earrings with African Batik Beads and Red Coral, Handmade Animal Jewelry

The "Zebra Stripes" handmade earrings feature artisan handmade pewter zebra charms and several African tribal beads - unique gift for women.

The unique ZEBRA STRIPES handmade earrings with a definite tribal flair are perfect for you if you love the animals of Africa, especially the elegant looking black and white striped zebras.   Very boho in design, the earrings feature lead free pewter charms with a raised zebra design that were artisan hand cast.  Given a dark rustic patina, the charms were then polished to bring out the intricate detailing of the zebras.  Stacked above each zebra charm are dark brown and white striped African batik beads (to mimic the coloration of the zebras), blazing red coral discs and yellow and black striped African Christmas glass trade beads.  A red Christmas glass trade bead was added to the sterling silver earwires to finish the ethnic earrings. Created for the woman who adores one of a kind jewelry with a boho beat, the ZEBRA STRIPES earrings were carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs.

The dark brown and white striped African batik bone discs, used to mimic the coloration of zebras, were individually handmade in Ghana.

The Sundara Hara handmade necklace features old Nepali Sherpa recycled glass beads, white freshwater pearls, pewter bead caps and sterling silver - jewelry for women.

Combining the rustic beauty of old recycled glass beads with the elegance of white pearls, the SUNDARA HĀRA necklace is a unique beauty for the woman who adores handmade ethnic jewelry. The one of a kind necklace features old Nepali Sherpa red orange glass rondelles with gleaming pewter floral bead caps. The glowing semi baroque white pearls are an eye catching juxtaposition to the Sherpa beads. A one of a kind piece of organic jewelry that will be a perfect gift for the woman who loves tribal jewelry, the SUNDARA HĀRA necklace was carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs. “Sundara Hāra” is Nepali for “beautiful necklace.”

The unique red recycled glass beads were made by Sherpas in Nepal.  They were fire cured and have a very organic texture.
